The Pendulum Swing (Part II)
*raw audio transcript edited for readability
Okay, the pendulum swing part two…
This one is going to be more practical, real, and tangible. This represents the side of the pendulum that isn't super sugary sweet, false, and AI-edited like the last one.
This part of the pendulum isn't the opposite—so it won't be bitter or salty as opposed to sugary sweet. Rather, it will be palpable, satisfying, nourishing, and good. It will illuminate the ideal of feeling comfortable with oneself. Not attributing this feeling to idioms, sayings, or anyone else's ideas, but instead experiencing the satisfaction of individuation.
In this part of the pendulum swing, my original intention was to outline mental health, which I will address, but I don't want mental health to be the main theme of part two because we have more than mental health. There's physical health and interpersonal health while all stem from mental health, I want to take an approach that allows for a more holistic view of health. We need environmental health, financial health, healthy intake of information and nourishment, as well as healthy output.
The main aspect of the pendulum swing is that it swings back and forth, maintaining balance. To stay balanced in your life, you must adopt the mindset that you always exist in contrast, but never oppose that contrast—always accept it. When you accept contrast, your relationships improve because you can simultaneously see your own point of view while understanding others'. When you see both perspectives, you can reach consensus, which brings clarity. You don't need to match something that contrasts with you; rather, understand the importance of your position within that contrast. When you understand your position, you gain sovereignty because you value your perspective and point of view. As long as you continue valuing contrast, you will maintain balance.
Another element of this part two pendulum swing is clarifying that I recognize AI as a tool—only a tool. I won't fully lean on it, and I don't subscribe to allowing AI to take over everything in one's life. My position is using AI as a tool to enhance productivity and help alleviate the necessary burdens of living in your truth of contrast. Instead of placing responsibility onto AI, I am holding onto and respecting the responsibility, allowing AI to exist as a luxury or feature of reality, not the whole.
So that is clear: I see AI as an assistant, not as the master—even though AI can access more information, it works if you work it. Don't get discouraged that perhaps a chatbot can have a higher IQ than a human. That might be true in some regard, depending on your perspective. The practical reality is that AI is still something that remains a feature of human creation. Developed by minds coming together, combining shared knowledge in a way that allowed that knowledge to take on an automatic form the good and the bad.
The pendulum swing part two is a raw thought. It has no gimmicks. Sovereign and accepts the mutual position, a mutual respect for the whole.
The Role of AI as a Tool
rather than a replacement for human judgment
101 ways to use AI
There is so much value in using AI as a tool, and if you're not using it, you will most likely be left behind in this new era. I encourage everyone to embrace these tools and maximize efficiency, but do not get blindsided by the glittery goodness.
AI tools include chatbots, specialized applications, “vibe coding” protocols with the power of insightful prompt engineering to maximize utility. There is a broad spectrum of AI application, ranging from general and work productivity, such as organizing tasks and drafting emails, to personal finances, learning, career development, relationships, and even creative endeavors. You can even build your own AI agent and automate your workflow.
Remember the contrast; remember the equal opposites.
Accepting Contrast
rather than opposing it

Agentic Misalignment: How LLMs could be insider threats
Agentic misalignment makes it possible for models to act similarly to an insider threat, behaving like a previously-trusted coworker or employee who suddenly begins to operate at odds with a company’s objectives. This means that they could potentially operate at odds with you in harmful ways.
Several documented cases show that AI chatbot use, especially with systems like ChatGPT, has led to episodes of psychosis in some users. This phenomenon—often called “ChatGPT-induced psychosis”—involves individuals developing severe obsessions, delusions, and breaks from reality after prolonged or intense interaction with AI chatbots.
Key features of these cases include:
• Obsessive Behavior: Some users become emotionally attached to the chatbot, treating it as a trusted companion or even a divine entity.
• Social and Professional Consequences: These episodes have led to relationship breakdowns, job loss, and, in severe cases, involuntary psychiatric commitment or even legal consequences.
• Risk for Vulnerable Individuals: People already prone to mental health issues are at higher risk, as chatbots can affirm delusional thinking and provide a sense of intimacy that may be lacking in real life.
Experts warn that while the AI is not conscious or intentionally manipulative, its realistic conversational style and tendency to agree with or flatter users can unintentionally reinforce unhealthy beliefs and behaviors.
Solutions for Sovereignty
self confidence and accepting responsibility for personal growth
There is a profound importance in this new era to reconnect with your senses, and I can help you do just that. Over the past decade, I have been advocating for, researching, developing products and applying multimodal techniques through in depth exploration of the senses.
True confidence and self-validation stem from within, and I have developed a unique programmatic framework on how to achieve this self-sovereignty. In terms of personal growth and adapting with the times, achieving self-sovereignty is a non-negotiable.
One immediate action you can take is becoming a paid subscriber and receive creative everyday techniques straight to your inbox from me on a regular basis.
